1.- IDENTIFICATION OF THE SERVICE PROVIDERS AND MAGÓN EMPRESAS
In accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), users of https://magon.es/ (the “Website”) are informed of the details of the companies whose products, services and content are presented on the Website.

MAGÓN METALES PERFILADOS, S.A. and MASTER PANEL, S.L. form part of the business and commercial identity MAGÓN EMPRESAS. For the sole purposes of this Legal Notice, the expressions “Magón Empresas” or “Magón Group” are used to refer jointly to these two companies and, where applicable, to any other group company expressly identified on the Website, without affecting the separate legal personality and responsibility of each company.
2.- PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE
This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing and use of the Website, as well as liabilities arising from the use of its content and services.
Access to or use of the Website confers user status and entails acceptance of the version of this Legal Notice in force at the relevant time. Magón Empresas may amend the Website and this Legal Notice whenever necessary for legal, technical, commercial or organisational reasons. Amendments shall apply from the time they are published.

Magón Empresas endeavours to ensure that published information is accurate and up to date; however, characteristics, dimensions, finishes, performance, loads, tolerances, specifications, images, colours, tables and other technical or commercial information may be updated or changed as a result of product improvements, regulatory changes, material availability or manufacturing requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, information published on the Website, in catalogues, technical data sheets or other commercial documentation does not in itself constitute a contractual offer and does not replace specifications, terms, drawings, order confirmations or documentation expressly agreed for a particular supply.
Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability that may not lawfully be excluded or limited.
5.- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY AND USE OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
All content included on the Website and in documentation relating to the products and activities of Magón Empresas, including, without limitation, texts, trademarks, trade names, logos, photographs, images, videos, designs, illustrations, graphics, diagrams, plans, drawings, renders, CAD or BIM files, catalogues, technical data sheets, tables, comparative charts, technical or commercial documentation, calculations, databases, data compilations, content structure, selection and arrangement and downloadable files, is owned by MAGÓN METALES PERFILADOS, S.A., MASTER PANEL, S.L., the relevant company and/or their legitimate owners, as applicable.
Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property, industrial property, unfair competition and other relevant legislation. Access to the Website does not grant the user any ownership right, licence, assignment or authorisation over such content beyond consultation and use strictly necessary for a legitimate private or professional purpose.
Unless the corresponding owner has given prior express written permission, the reproduction, copying, extraction, bulk downloading, reuse, distribution, transformation, modification, adaptation, publication, public communication, marketing or exploitation, in whole or in part, of such content is prohibited.
• Reproducing, modifying, adapting or reusing Magón Empresas catalogues, technical data sheets, tables, graphics, plans, photographs or technical or commercial documentation to create third-party materials without authorisation.
• Removing, concealing or altering trademarks, logos, references, ownership notices, manufacturer identification or any other element identifying the origin of the content or product.
• Using information, documentation, images, tables or content belonging to MASTER PANEL, S.L. or MAGÓN METALES PERFILADOS, S.A. in a manner likely to mislead third parties as to the manufacturer, commercial origin, authorship, ownership or provenance of a product.
• Directly or indirectly presenting products manufactured by MASTER PANEL, S.L. or another Magón Empresas company as having been manufactured by a third party where that statement is untrue.
• Using Magón Empresas trademarks, trade names, documentation or distinctive signs in a manner likely to cause confusion, improper association or unfair advantage from its reputation or business efforts.
Any permission granted to distributors, customers, installers or business partners to use particular marketing materials shall be interpreted within its stated purpose and scope and, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, shall not constitute an assignment of rights or authorise alteration of the stated origin, authorship, trademark or manufacturer identification. MAGÓN METALES PERFILADOS, S.A. and MASTER PANEL, S.L. expressly reserve all legal rights and remedies in respect of unauthorised use of their content, trademarks, documentation, products or rights.
6.- THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. The presence of such links does not necessarily imply endorsement, approval or any relationship between Magón Empresas and the owners of those websites.
Magón Empresas does not control external content and shall not be liable for it except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise. 10.- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Legal Notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable procedural rules and, where relevant, consumer protection legislation. Where a choice of jurisdiction is legally permitted and the user acts as a business or professional, the parties submit to the Courts of Toledo, Spain, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11.- LANGUAGES
This Legal Notice may be available in several languages. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Spanish-language version shall prevail, without prejudice to any mandatory rights available to users under applicable law.
