HAT CHANNELS PROFILE - TYPES AND USES
We offer various types of Hat Channels profiles depending on the needs of each job. These types of Hat Channels profiles vary by the dimensions of the profile which allows customisation up to 50mm in height and thicknesses from 0.6 to 1.5mm, depending on the customer’s needs.
The Hat Channels profile is used as a secondary structure between the two layers that make up the sandwich roof, as an anchoring substructure in the rehabilitation of fibre cement roofs and as a support structure for tiles on residential roofs.
FINISHES
This profile is manufactured from coated steel sheets according to the following standards:
- Metallic coating (UNE-EN10346): Galvanized.
- Other finishes on request.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
- End use: Secondary structures.
- Thickness: From 0.6mm to 1.5 mm.
- Length: Standard length of 5 mm. Other lengths available on request.
MAINTENANCE
For proper maintenance of our material, we recommend cleaning any residue that could cause water retention on the roof (mould, vegetation, various debris, etc.).
In addition, we recommend the maintenance of rainwater drainage and the washing of façades and roofs (if detergent is used, it must be PH neutral).
