Polycarbonate skylight roofing
This is a perfectly waterproof solution, 100% effective, providing total watertightness. Its composition makes it a product that has high mechanical strength and durability. Danpalon® Polycarbonate provides good thermal insulation and does not require any special maintenance.
POLYCARBONATE / POLYESTER SKYLIGHT
We off er skylights for roofs and wall panels that facilitate the use of natural light within the building, improving energy efficiency and benefiting the well-being of the people who work in.
We are referring to sheets specially designed for our profiles, which allow easy installation and a perfect fi t.
We offer solutions in compact polycarbonate and in polyester reinforced with fiberglass. Other materials may be supplied on request.
PERFORATED PROFILE
Type “C” Perforated profile with different sizes and thicknesses. Made of galvanized or electrozinced steel. They are specially designed for fastening ducts: air conditioning, ventilation, electrical installations, plumbing, heating and photovoltaic plate supports in self-consumption systems.
VENTRIDGES
Nowadays a suitable working environment is more essential than ever. So, it is vital to have a suitable ventilation system that helps to improve productivity and which complies with current legislation relevant to the activities being carried out in the area. To this end, MAGON ACEROS supplies MG Air250 and MG Air500 ventridges which serve a double purpose:
- Recycling of used air from industrial processes
- Extraction of accumulated hot air.
FLASHING
MASTER PANEL offers a wide range of flashing pieces that can provide solutions to all kinds of construction details, achieving the functionality and aesthetics to suit the requirements of every project.
We can adapt to the design requests of our customers, and are able to carry out any cutting or folding job, whatever your requirements.
FIXING SCREWS
MASTER PANEL
Our sandwich panels, Master-C and Master-F, are always supplied with the necessary fastening hardware (1torn/m2 included).
Each project has its own particular requirements that must be taken into account when choosing the screws. Screws with different head sizes, thread forms and drill bits are available for different applications.
COLD ROOM ACCESSORIES
Interior finishes for ceilings and walls for projects where a fungus- and bacteria-free hygienic environment is required or specified.
FOAM CLOSURE
FOAM CLOSURE COVER PANEL
The Profile 2G and 3G gasket was developed to fulfil the function of sealing, closing the gaps and trapezoids that are generated between the Master-C panel and the high slope ridge or coping.
It is also recommended for use in case of installation of static aerators at the ridge.
Supplied with double-sided adhesive mesh at the top and bottom of the joint.
Available for Master-C in two configurations: 3 ridge tiles and 2 ridge tiles.
FOAM CLOSURE SHEET COVER
The floam closure was created to perform the sealing function. It is divided into upper and lower sealing gaskets.
The upper sfloam closure closes the gaps and trapeziums that are generated between the different trapezoidal profiles and the ridge or high slope coping.
The lower floam closure seals the gaps and trapeziums between the different trapezoidal profiles and the gutter.
Available for the following profiles: MG 18/76 – MG 30/206 – MG 30/209 – MG 40/250.
HAT CHANNEL
As a structural profile, it has numerous applications, among which the following stand out: as a secondary structure between the two layers that make up the sandwich roofing, an anchoring substructure in the rehabilitation of fiber cement roofs and as a support structure for roof tiles in housing roofs. We off er various types of hat channel depending on the needs of each project.
